Default I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I'm very anaemic is it dangerous for me and my

baby when i gave birth thanks

Yes it is dangerous. How anemic are you? Do you know why? If you have complications during birth that could make things worse. Best wishes of course, but please get this resolved with your Dr. ASAP!

yes it can be fatal to you or your baby you need iron pills and if you have them take them!! its for your better benefit as well as your baby's

It can be. But it neednt be as long as you take your iron pills

I was severly anemic with the last 3 of my 4 children and I was on Niferex prescription iron pills and then at 8 months I had an iron drip through an IV 3 times a week and then 2 days straight before I was induced. I had no problems after that. Good Luck.
