I am 40 weeks and 1 day. I have never felt a contraction before other than the fake ones.I am having a sharp pain but not one that comes and goes just a constant pain in my stomach it goes from my left side into my right side.My lower back kills all of a suden and I am whiped out I had a lot of energy this am now it seems like I have nothing. Has anyone else ever gone through this?

Yes it definatly sounds to me like contractions. At any rate, at the stage you are in your pregnancy, if you aren't sure about something, go to the doctor or hospital. Good luck to you and congradulations!!!!!
