Hello
Stress. Just a mention of this word makes my heart beat faster. If you feel this, you’ll know what I mean. Panic attacks, anxiety, worries and the feeling that sleep is all you need are all natural responses to events beyond our control. These are all great disturbances to your health.
In these times, stress builds itself up without giving us any place to let go. We rarely use our bodies while taking so many burdens. In fact, many of us leave home without having the right devices to fight against anxiety which our day to day lives gives to us.
A little amount of stress may give us the urge to move forwards. However, when stress starts piling up, you’ll be in big trouble. Excessive stress will make you sick, grumpy and unhappy. You need to find ways to reduce stress and it will be beneficial to your health.
Exercise Regularly
We need to exercise because we usually work behind our desks using computers and also sit in front of our tv for the most of our day. We rarely make use of our bodies. You may choose a light workout or heavy fitness. In any case, you should choose exercise that is playful and will make you laugh while you are at it.
