Default Night Creams

Hi Everyone,

Just wondered how many of you use a separate day and night cream? I read that its not a good idea to use your day moisturiser at night. I was thinking of using Clarins Gentle Night Cream.

I always do because they do different things. App at night your skin gets rid of impurities and can lose a lot of moisture during the night. Thats why they are usually thicker.

Very important to clean your face in the morning to get rid of all that crap. If I dont use a night cream you can tell the next day.

I like Nivea Q10 Night. But at the moment Im using SIMPLE day and night.

When Ive got it I use liz earle
