For coughs and colds vitamens and stuff like that buy at a supermarket b'cos my beechams were Â£1.99 in ASDA and in Superdrug they were Â£2.68 for the same thing they add money on all that sort of thing so do Boots and especially small chemists.

when i've got cold i just take paracetamol. i can never quite find a cough medicine that makes a right lot of differenece though.
