Ive never drank tea or coffee in my life. Im an Ovaltine girl . Was thinking of taking green tea supplements. Im trying to drink loads of water too as I really notice a difference in my skin when I drink the required amount. The only thing Im bad at is not eating enough fruit and veg.

Dont remind me . Im addicted to Delmonte! I can drink a whole one in one day. On the plus side, Ive cut out all fizzy drinks. I had to really as I had stomach problems which was done to the acidity in those drinks.
