touch wood - i,ve never had any for a long time, but its that time of month and for some reason this month i feel very groggy :sad: gonna have a nice bath later with my new bath salts :smile:

I must have pulled a muscle last week when i was digging :roll: it hurt for a while then went off, then i tripped over at work and grazed all my hand and i think that must have set it off again, hurts when i love, like when i get up from a chair or something like that, but when im moving around its ok to a certain limit! typical hey! :roll:

yeah mine did, though sometimes it takes a while, but like everything else it affects people differently

yep periods - i suppose like u say it will be diferent for everyone - i,ll just have to wait and see :smile:

I normally have light ones but for the past few month they have been quite heavy.

I graduate in July so hopefully a month before or after we would love to start :grin: but definately want to wait unit after uni is all over :smile:

maybe get that checked out karen? the doctor has told me that if i notice any changes in my period then not to hesitate to go see them, if youve always been light and are now heavy it might be something? worth a trip to the docs :grin:
