if you're signed up on boots.com you can go into my account and change your details that way, otherwise look on the advantage card minisite *on the left hand side of boots.com there should be a link to click to get into it* and you might be able to sort it out via that or at least find a number to hpone up.

i got a shrinkwrapped mailing from boots yesterday in the mail, it's got a booklet then a seperate leaflet like a sealed envelope and in that bit there's loads of coupons. i *think* there's a double points coupon but after mum going through my Health Club stuff i waited voer a MONTH for and deciding that it was useless and therefore throwing everythign in the bucket she isn't getting near my precious boots mailings again!!! should have took it to the shop today but left it on top of my hi-fi when trying to tidy up earlier. ord i even forgot my reusuable cloth bags as i got a new handbag @ tesco's about 2 wks ago and had finally shifted my stuff from my old handbag into it so left in a hurry without my cloth bags so had to take one of the massive plastic bags, grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

as you can obviously tell, not only have i been to boots today BUT my much sought after box of goodies from boots.com turned up safely this morning although i've only unpacked it this evenign as it came before i was going on the bus so i didn't have time to unpack it earlier.

ooh that means fun and games with the bonus machine next week :lol: :lol: :lol:

I only went for Women's Health as that osunded the most suitable out of all the choices and therefore was the least likely to enabble me to get loads of tat in the mail but there you go.

anyway it appears as thought they've sent me a double points coupon now - so not all is bad after all *plus my mum managed to avoid buying the dodgy chocolate as well....*

i try not to shop there coz i make most of my own toiletries
but i did by that No7 skin peel kit thing and got the free gift and got my l'oreal nutri summer stuff from there today

only went in for a drink

i don't know how much is on my card as the online balacne checking thingy has had a hissyfit and hasn't worked since tuesday!!! i can't find out my baalance any other way as i can't read the receipt, and that bonus coupon machien thingy is even worse to try and read - don't get me started on that contracption, as i'll have to deal with it next week as an online order arrived today and you have to use the pesky machien to retrieve the poitns earnt on that kind of thing, doh.

school holidays start up north next friday which will mean absolutely NO CHANCE of getting any help with the stupid machine either grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

typical, i had to go into boots today when they were trying to sort out a posse of shoplifters so there was hardly anyone on the shop floor about to help AND they've gone and moved thigns aobut in the main non-premium beauty and toiletry department meanign i was wandering around like a stupid person not kowning what to do to find thigns as there wasn't anybody on the shopfloor to ask for help at the time.

it's going to be a bundle of laughs going into oru boots for the next month and a half i can tell you - school holidsy officially started this lunchtime you see.

i still have to retrieve over £1.80 worth of points off the Advantage Point but there's never anyone around to help me with it when i want to use it which is another major irritation of mine

the facility to check your points online hasn't worked for almost a forntight

whislt at it i had a small whinge aobut nto being able to operate the advantage point machine *as obviously if i oculd work the stupid thing i wouldn't have to check my balance onlien would i??? doh*

let's see if this gets us anywhere this time - 2 emails for being nicey nicey doesn't seem to have got use anywhere with the thing so we shall see.
