Anyone else hear that the company who make GHDs have been fined £40 000 for selling dangerous appliances? It was after some people received faulty GHDs. I was one of those people! Mine started to spark so I took them back to my hairdressers. They repaired them but now Ive heard that most people got new ones! Typical! They are bringing out a new version soon but im sure its pretty much the same and its just an excuse to put up the price!!

Im not sure what makes the new ones so special! I accidentally deleted the email they sent me! They look pretty similiar to me. Not sure when they will be out either Claire. As soon as I know more I will let you all know . I will also ask my hairdresser about it. Im not going to buy it until I know for certain that its better than the original!

I,ve ordered mine now and i cant see there been much of a difference tbh. They arrived today but i was out and they left a card so i will collect them tommorow :grin:
