yes but it works. i`ve wasted loads of money trying to find a strengthener that works and now i`ve found one i won`t go back to any cheaper ones. saying that the sally hansen on is £4.25 and it`s rubbish. total waste of money.tried the nailene ones too and they didn`t work either.
