Default Benefit (Karen I need advice!)

I was looking forward to visiting the benefit counter today but the sales girl went home with a headache. I might go again after work tomorrow as I want to try out Dallas again but Im not sure if it will suit my skintone. I tried it on the back of my hand and its abit light and rather sparkly. I know you like it Karen. Do you use it as a blush? The new Dallas palette is out but I quite like the weather girl palette. Anyways do you reckon Dallas would suit me Karen?

Really sorry carina - just saw this post today

I loved dallas although i only wear it on odd occassions not everyday - with you having a colour to your skin to start with i think you would suit it alot as it gives you a colour as though you have been out side in the cold IYKWIM  but if i were you i would defiantely ask the lady again when she comes back before you buy it as it is alot to pay if you dont really like it.

Good luck hun!x Let me know what you think when the lady tries it on you

thanks for your advice Karen. I went again today and she wasnt there! I bought the weather girl palette though. The colours are really nice, all berrys and bronzes. I will go next week and hopefully she'll be there so I can try out dallas.

Suzie was it you that said you like benefit concealer? I tried it in the palette I bought and its fantastic. Way better than MACs liquid concealer. I was worried it wouldnt match my skintone but it blends like a dream.

the big beautiful eyes palette Karen. Its gorgeous. It has the concealer and three eyeshadows. The first one is abit pale on me but the second one is perfect for the interview. I dont care if its meant to be used for contouring! I also bought the clear gloss which I love as like you said its not too shiny and it lasts quite along time as well.

Havent tried Dallas yet. I thought I might end up buying it but I didnt want to go too crazy as the lipgloss and palette came to £31 already!
