Default eyeshadow

Hi,

I have a party this weekend, my outfit is red with silver sequins, I am stuck as to what colour eyeshadow i should wear, im sorry if that sounds like a daft question!!! Im not a big makeup wearer.

Any ideas?

erm, not sure about the eyeshadow but my daughter wears a silver liquid eyeliner, quite thick that looks nice

i cant picture the outfit really but i would think just dark grey smokey eyes but i dont think the silver eyeliner sounds childish at all :?

Nope its not childish ive seen a lot of women wearing it out..my daughter isnt that young by the way

silver eyeliner sounds ideal. Benefit do a nice palette of eyeshadows so maybe check them out?

thanks for the ideas ladies, i didn't mean to sound nasty, so apologies if i did...
I meant i wanted something a bit sophisticated, i hope that makes sense.

It's a Thai outfit, which is probably why you can't picture it! the colours are lovely but i'm not sure if i should be wearing red eyeshadow or silver or mix them both. I don want to look like a freak or a plain jane, which is why im a bit concerned.

Frostyfairy Ive just bought the benefit beautiful eyes palette and I think the shades will look fantastic with your outfit. They are shimmery and will really make a great feature of your eyes

thank you Carina, what colours are the ones that you have bought? how much did you pay? sorry if im being nosey! i have dark brown eyes, dont really wear eyeliner as i dont have a steady hand, but practise makes perfect..

no you are not being nosey at all! I love answering beauty questions . I too have dark brown eyes, the colours are variations of browns but they look stunning trust me. I wore one to my interview today! I dont wear eyeliner either but if I did I would go with silver. The palette cost me £19.50. You can check out on the shades on the benefit site.
