I desperatley need to attempt to tone up my arms, bum, stomach and thighs. Having trawed the net, I've found this, a 6 week plan for exercises at home. It say use hand weights but 500ml bottles of water I'm sure would be ok ? (failing that a couple of tins of peas :lol: ), I'm going to start it today and try my best to stick with it.

I,ll do it with you Paula if u still want to?? I need my inner arms toning, my tummy a little and my bum :lol:
I will start it after the new year though :lol: We can set a date to start it if you like? Are u in with me?? and anyone else!! I,m also gonna try and get a good home fitness dvd - saw a one called pump it up - by ministry of sound i think, it looks quiet good!!

I'm with you too when you've set a date - not til after new year though!
my tummy is really flabby after 2 sections and no exercise - I have changed shape whilst swimming as all my jeans and work trousers are hanging off me - but I want to try and tone up a bit more before I go shopping |
