You know when mascara has dried in the tube, not through over-use and drying up, im presuming weatherish change...how do you make it thinner, am i right in thinking you put it in a bowl of warm water or is there something else you can do??

sorry Nita - mine's the same - don't use it much - only Christmas time

i do that nita, i stick it into a mug of boiling water and it makes it work for ages longer

i'm not sure but i know if i leave mine on the bathroom shelf where the radiator is underneath, it's seems there's more in it ? must be a heat thing ?
