I'm a 14 y.o. female and 5"6 and 1/2, i think...i weigh around 115/120ish? I want to slim down a little bit...i wear a size 1-3, but i want to get back to my 0s! i already know what to do diet wise, but i need a fitness plan that i could use...as in running, gym workouts, etc. thanks!

Avoid eating junk food and fast foods by all means (they are high in fat!). Eat fresh fruits as a healthy alternative. Include a well-rounded diet of protein as well.
