Ideas for a creative and fun warm up and cardio, that isn't just a bunch of...
...stretches....(gr 11 fitness)? I'm in charge of the entire workout for my fitness class and what I have to do is make up a workout that consists of a warm up, a cool down, a cardio segment and circuit training. I'm going crazy because I have the circuits all figured out (I even had to make instruction cards for each one) and the cool down is set as well, but I need to make my warm up and cardio segments fun so that I dont bore my class. Can someone help me please?
