which is better i go to Golds Gym and i like it there so far but i just wondering if theres a better gym out there one where not everyone is looking at you ????

Golds is mainly for fitness freaks, and bally is mainly for people looking to get into shape. Not really sure about 24 hr.

I go to 24 Hour fitness and the main reason is becasue its open 24 hours and i can go to all of them and theres many here in LA. you wanna spar?, lol

I live in a small town so none of those are available. In Dallas where I used to live, they were everywhere!
