hey yall. my fiencee thinks shes pregnet. but the symptoms she is having are the same as a kidney infection. we are both scared and dont know what to do. we havent got a pregnancy test yet but plan to by tomarrow. i was wondering if any of yall knew anything on pregnancy that could help us in trying to find out if she is. thanks for all yalls help
