Default mental health problems.

I was reading a report the other day about mental health problems being on the increase.

this is a topic i think a lot of are members would like to talk about,do you suffer ? or maybe someone you know ?

THis is a section of the forum i would like to expand on as its close to my heart.
I have suffered from depresion for the last 10 years and now have to take a handfull of medication everyday.

do you have a relative who suffers ? maybe you support your partner.
please join in or am i alone

mother goose.

well i have suffered on and off since i was 15 with depression (never been diagnosed/to the docs tho, as i have seen what the 'happy' pills have done to my stepmum)

depression is a common thing in my family really. me, my step mum on pills for hers, due to my step sister. my step sister is a self harmer.

its all go in my family!

I think i get mine from my mothers side of the family.
I sometimes come off the pills but sink fast if i do,so i have to go back on them.

its amazing just how much it affects your life without seeing it.

no its another of these real life things. i cant remember what its calle  but its by linda caine and her psycotherapist robin royston.

its good, but its just got scary! she had 3 years of her childhood blocked out, she couldnt remember it at all, and in time she has pieced bits together. the truth is not nice she was abused

abuse ? thats a real can of worms, the stats for the amount of people affected is very high, and it still seems a taboo subject.
maybe this forum will help some people to tell there stories for the first time from the safety of being behind there computers.

I could allow this forum to be posted on by guests so members can log out then post.
so we dont have to know who it is posting ?
