i have very up and down moments due to an illness, not sure its a mental illness but it really gets me down sometimes coping with it day in and day out




plus im slightly mad anyway :twisted:

there isn't a no vote which is what i would have put for me. a few of my friends suffer badly with depression and a couple having spent time in the 'nut house' their words not mine it was so very upsetting going to visit them in there, they were drugged up to the eyeballs and its just so very....sad

I had a miscarriage a few years back, which I would say was one of my dark moments in life, but my partner suffers with GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) Im not sure if it's a mental illness but im sure it can be classed as that.
