Hey karen i use any scrub i can get im using a garnier scrub at the mo. I read last week that if its only on the bak of ur arms and scrubs not shifting it then it can be a sign that ur lacking in essential fatty acids in which case something like evening primrose oil or something should do the trick. Im hopping mad cos after i had ellie my arms were awful and nothing would shift it and obviously that was y  . Hope that helps x

my 14 year old daughters arms are rough there, she has lovely skin everywhere else, do you think a scrub would benefit her, she's just becoming a little more self concious of it now she's getting older :?

Probably would just dont use anything too harsh cos her skins still young. My daughters ten and her arms in general are a bit bumpy she had baby excema wen she was small and her skin never really recovered. I have used a mild scrub on her once and it did help. Im actually going to look for a gentle one tomorrow again cos her arms are in a bad way after the hols with dead skin. Maybe even a roughish facial scrub would do the same. Its better to start them on beauty routines etc wen theyre younger esp if shes concious of it, one of my sisters was awful didnt want to wash wear a bra deodrant nothing she was an absolute nitemare. Shes fine now of course but god did she smell

To take but im not sure wat the recommended age is for that one. Plus id really try the scrub first. Evening primrose oil is gr8 4 hair skin nails cyclical and hormonal breast pain and pmt as well. Ive just been given the prescription form called Naudicelle for breast pain and pmt but if it helps the chicken skin triceps ill be happy too
