Default caffeine/Anxiety

Just a question really but does anyone think that drinking to much coffee/coke could make someone who suffers from anxiety worse!!

My partner suffers with G.A.D and I have told him to cut all caffeine out for a week and see what happens.

funny you should ask that kim, here we go father goose is off on one

when i was working i toted up my caffeine intake and my average over each week was 17 cups a day.

when i had my breakdown i cut it out completely and it did help a lot as you dont get shaky so much.

now i just drink tea,about 6 cups a day.
I cant stand the smell of coffee now.
my wife has always drunk tea and said coffee breath is horrid.

It will make a massive difference if he cuts down
