The problem with stress is that if its not coped with properly and not recognised it will make itself recognised, i have found this out myself just recently and it has encouraged me to take active measures on how i can best manage it. I am having a massage tommorrow and am starting boxing with a personal trainer.

I suppose everyones stress levels are different and we all have different tolerance levels but it catches up with you one day!
