...quandry any suggs? i'm 36 and have pretty much pissed the last 6/7 yrs of my life away with lets just say nonsense i want to make good money and i have retirement in mind, ofcourse 30 or so yrs away if i'm lucky i know theres good money to be made in doing mortgages / loans and realestate which i've always thought would be a good career great money and i recently started however i love to train be active and could use to lead a bit more healthy life style and love helping people for a good cause 6/7 yrs ago i started studying with issa to become a trainer c.f.t. and somewhere just lost focus now time is passing i want to make money at least $100,000 a year and i want to be happy i don't consider myself greedy i just want to be financially comfrtbl truly enjoy the rest of my life and be prepared for old age & inflation i'm just not sure which avenue to take i sure could use some good advice on this maybe by someone with some expereince or just some good insight
