Try going to kraft.com, or kraftfoods.com, can't remember which. But it is Kraft foods website, and you can register on the site, then go to the healthy section and you can customize a weekly meal and exercise plan. The site gives you a list of how many calories certain activities burn, from housework to running, etc. and you enter what you've done each day. It gives you a customized menu using foods you like, so you can choose all chicken dishes, or no meat at all. You can print out a shopping list, and all the meals are tasty and simple, and you can make them for the whole family.
