I am pretty sure I have Bacterial Vaginosis. I had it once when I was a teenager and I am experiencing the same symptoms. I am leaving for the Dominican Republic on Sat. with my husband and I don't think I will be able to get to the dr. in time to get meds. For one thing they are very busy and for another I am just running out of time to make the apt. What else can I do?? Do you think since I am pretty sure what it is and call the nurse they will just perscribe it for me?? Or should I just go to a new dr.?? I don't know what to do. I sure don't want to go on vacation like this!

I called my doctor's office and said "I think I have a yeast infection" and they wrote a prescription for me, so I'll bet they'd write one for you without an appointment.
