I think you might want to add some protein and maybe some carbs before you go and exercise. I think you are making your body go into starvation mode if you dont eat every three hours. So many add more veggies and eat some eggs in the morning. Eat a little every three hours.

Definitely add some protein. If you are a vegetarian, then add some beans. If not, then some nice lean protein choices, such as fish or chicken. You need protein to loose weight and retain muscle matter. If this is all you are eating, you will soon end up nutrient deficient. A balanced diet is way better. Follow the American or Canadian Food Guide, it always gives some good hints on eating properly.

Like the person before me, you seem to be trying to starve yourself. That is opposite of what you need to do. You need to eat more often to get you metabolism moving. You need a snack between breakfast and lunch and also one between lunch and dinner. I suggest something like Dannon Light and fit Yogurt or a piece of fruit. You also need something more than salad for dinner. Chop up a chicken breast and put it in your salad. It would be best to not have dressing on your salad. Maybe a little olive oil and vinigar.

You should add some beans or grilled chicken to your salad and try drinking fruit smoothies to get nutrients.

Take a look at the Fiber35 Diet. It's not a diet like SLIMFast or so, but is based on how much fiber you eat per day. Small lifestyle changes and still lose a lot of pounds easily.
