My aunt has been diagnosed with diabetes and was told by the doctor to start and ADA,AHA diet. She didn't obtain further information from the doctor (which looks like I will have to prod her to do) and she wants to know what types of things she is able to eat. I've researched and not found an actual "diet" by this name. Any answers will be greatly appreciated!
