There is a fruit drink on the market called Fuze that is really good. It has lots of stuff in it that is good for you. They even have a line called Slenderize. It is all healthy juices but its low in carbs and calories. I love the banana colada flavor. The green tea is good too.

Nestea has a good green tea also. Regular or citrus that is a diet drink.

i love emergen-c - it has 1000 mg vitamin c... it comes in a variety of flavors... am drinking raspberry right now, in fact... i drink up to 4 some days in which 2 - 4 are recommended. i add one packet to 12 oz. water over ice... so if i drink four... that's 48 oz of water plus 4000 mg of vitamin c...

my mother loves that fruit 2o water... not sure about calories, etc... but i do know strawberry is delicious...

Koolaide. You can also buy on the go ones. Nothing bad is in it if you get sugar free.

water is alwasy good, but since you think its boring try adding slices of lemon or lime, or even some fruit. try this:
fill a glass of water, add 2 or three lemon slices [squeeze the juice into the water first], and sprinkle with sugar. low in cals and carbs, and its refreshing. it has a slight taste of lemonade without it being overpowering and sickening.

expirement with different kinds/combinations of citrus and other fruits.

hope that helps! good luck with your diet!

Wow! Thats tough. Maybe you can have smoothies with water instead of milk. Or maybe orange juice instead of water. Or maybe you can drink one of those crystal light drinks.

Water or 100% fresh squeezed fruit or vegetable juice is healthiest. If you can't get fresh squeezed, try for 100% fruit/veggie juice that is not from concentrate. These won't have any artificial additives or sugars added to them.
