Default Is sushi good or bad for a diet?

it seams like it wood be good, just fish and rice and raw veggies. High carbs in the rice but if im not on a low carb diet thats ok right?

sounds good to me. it has vegies and fish with omega 3 fatty acids which are good for u

Since you are not on a low carb diet, then sushi it up!
Fish has the omega 3, and protein
veggies are packed with nutrition
I say it is a win win situation! The only thing that I can see that might not be so good is the use of msg, or if using soy sauce the high sodium count which will make you retain water and isn't good for your blood pressure.

some types are okay. the sushi rolls aren't very healthy. try to eat sushi that has no MSG's ro preservatives. the rice is good and so is the fish. just try not to eat the imiation fish or crab.

Don't get me wrong, I love rice but there is starch that you still have to burn off.
