Yes. I've tried it 2 times, and about to try it within a month again. I believe it is awesome. I wouldn't refer to it as a diet though. It's definitley a FULL BODY DETOX. I don't think you really need to be drinking sea salt with your mix. That is supposed to be for the flush only at the end of the day or before you go to bed, but mainly when you have time to hit the bathroom ( so maybe I misunderstood you). Spring water is fine. It does get rough, but after day 3 my hunger is ONLY in my head. Meaning your body doesn't NEED to eat because of the nutrients your getting from the organic lemon juice and the grade B maple syrup. Your mind will get very clear, and SHARP AS A TACK by day 4 or 5. You may get headaches at first......but it's worth it and they disappear. You LOSE weight FAST too. E-mail me if you'd like more info. I'd be glad to share more. It is an awesome cleanse for your body!!!

It's also called the MASTER CLEANSER

How to Make Lemonade

2 Tbsp organic lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)

2 Tbsp genuine Grade B maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)

1/10 Tsp cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste

Water, medium hot (spring or purified water)

Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10 oz. glass and fill with medium hot water.

(Cold water may be used if preferred.) Use fresh lemons or limes only, never canned lemon or lime juice

not frozen lemonade or frozen juice. Use organic lemons when possible.
