I do the low carb diet. on mon-fri. i'm faithful to in. however, on weekends i break my diet. is that bad? I don't go all out. I just had a bowl of cereal. it was shredden wheat (not frosted) and i put splenda on it. for lunch I'll probably have mac & cheese. I won't drink pop or eat candy. I do eat sugar free, carb free jell-o and it works well as a "sweet" snack.
