Default Do people who eat a vegetarian diet generally weigh less?

Either lacto ovo vegetarians or vegans. Do they generally weigh less than meat eater?

Maybe because they eat more of their veggies. I dk.

Default Protein & Being a Veggie

I am a vegetarian...and my hubby is always on me about substituting my protein. And taking my vitamins. Its very important to eat LOTS of fruits and veggies...but also to get protein from beans, soy, whatever your choice.
