it might not be so bear with me but when i go to view/watch/play things sometimes i get a picture of what looks like a bit of movie film but it has a break in the middle and wont play etc, does anyone know why??? :cry: :lol:

are u sure that u downloaded it properly????

Try using other software or another machine to view the file. if they produce the same result, then the file have some problem. then can use video file fixer software to fix the file or obtain a new copy of the file.
