Does anyone have a abbey national account???
I wanted to know if you went into the branch and asked to put up your over draft if they do it on there screen OR if they fill a form out??? Does anyone know???

can you not do it over the phone ?

they normaly have a screen number for you.
the number means they have checked you out when you opened or last used the account,so if you go to them for an overdraft or loan it is already in place,you just need to have it authorised.
it also means they are ready to offer you other services they know you may want like kids private school funds life insurance ect.

They definitely have an office there, but not sure if they have a regular branch. There is nothing coming up on the branch locator on Abbey's site but that could be because it is not classed as being in Britian, possibly.

FYI it's spelled St Helier - just thought I'd point that out as it may be helpful in your future searches!
