The worst drug (my opionion) is nicotine. Quote 'it causes more deaths in the western world than Heroine etc'. (Allen Carr)

It is the most addictive drug and it wrecks peoples lifes.

But as for other drugs I fear for my children.

wot condition do you have PL?????

Cannabis to me should be made legal at the very least for medical use, it has been proven to be very beneficial to a lot of medial complaints i.e:

parkinsons

cancer patients

MMMMM Drugs, I tried the odd spliff when I was younger and hated the way it made me feel.

The way I see it as drugs go then a WEAK WILLED person starting off on spliffs and ectasy Will go on to harder drugs but then maybe Im talking from family experience.

My brother at the age of 13 started off on pot/weed and went on to magic mushrooms and then when the thrill and good feeling wore off from taking that lot he went on to ectasy, valium, speed, coke, crack, and then finally injecting Heroine plus he now drinks 2ltrs of vodka a day not a good life to have, he lived with me and my husband for 3 years and after countless times of pulling a needle out of his arm the final straw came when he overdosed in my house laying naked on the bed in his own s**t  we threw him out.

Not all people will go on to harder drugs but my brother is weak and easily led by others.

The only thing that really annoys me is that people see drug addicts as scum [which some are] and they must come from poor backgrounds and a horrible home but my family are not poor but not rich and we have a great family.

Well there we are I will stop waffeling now but that was my view :?

yeh, i dont think its fair the way 'druggies' are grouped together as useless/poor/whatever whatever.

even the normal people can find themselves stuck in drugs

I agree totally with Chopper on this one. I know people who have come from perfectly good homes, had good upbringings and everything on a plate and turned to drugs.

Personal experience - I've done this and that, but I do agree that for weak willed people it's just so easy to get an addiction before they know it, then one type of drug isn't enough, they need a bigger hit, consequently leading onto heroin.

I feel sorry for them in some respects that their lives have come to that. It's sad and also not only affects them but affects their whole family.
