I have no opinion on if its right or not, its every1s own choice. I do think it should be legalized to protect the prostitutes and take it off the streets into brothels etc. Also there shouldnt be children out there doing it i was in dublin recently and a nonnational girl not even 14 was on the street being propositioned by a 60 year old man, thats disgusting!

In my own opinion i think they should be less of them around but thats my opinion. Or places for them to be instead of on the streets - they,ll be more safe indoors.

i think it should be legalised to keep the women safe but i also think they should be made to have health checks every so often, but then theres also the issue of will they have to pay taxes etc, after all its a paid job, so in reality the state is their pimp!!!
as for children doing it, that is just saddening :cry:

i think yes make it legalised . it would cut out all the state funded pimps . these people should have regular health checks for themselves and to protect others giving then off the streat places to go ie houses would reduce them being raped beaten drugged to the eye balls ect ..
if its made legal then they should pay tax and ni like any other working person (WOULD THEY BE SELF EMPLOYED IF SO THERE ARE THINGS YOU CAN CLAIM THE COST OF IN ORDER TO DO THE JOB THE MIND BOGGLES LOL )

Hiya. I cant understand the concept of prostitution. I mean, paying for it? why? Most people tend to go out, pull, have a one night stand, knowing that its more than likely not going to be some woman whos a druggie (most are)who has got who knows what diseases.

Saying that at work we have a drive by them for a laugh. Id never seen one before and now im amazed by them, im the sense that they exist!!!

Why? If we all hd a job to pay for our drug habits then we'd get slated so bad. Why should these women get "protected" for doing something so wrong.

because at the end of the day they are human beings of course they should be protected from being raped and murdered etc :roll:
and not all prostitutes are 'druggies' as you say, there are a lot of people out there hooked on drugs, prostitutes not only do the job just to get money for their next fix there are also prostitutes with families to keep.
not an ideal job, but then as you say whats the difference in people going out and having a one night stand, you meet some bloke he pays for your drinks all night, sometimes a curry or whatever after then you have sex, youve been paid, wheres the difference.
plus the fact that the majority of prostitutes use condoms and go for health checks, visit STD clinics more than your average woman.

I read on Sky News yesterday about a men who got girls as young as 10 hooked on Cocaine and Heroin and then turned them to prostitution to feed there and his habit. he was caught but all he got was 8 years !


I think that is disgusting !!!!

I understand that some people turn to prostiution as they have no other means. If there were places they could go to do business and if they were safe.. then I see no major prob. However, i found out my partner had ever been to one her would out on the streets him self !!
