I would ring the ACPC (Area Child Protection Comittee) or the Social Services and report my concerns!

Thru this year a little boy out of my boys class was touching my sons willy. He told him to stop and the boy said wats wrong im only tickling u. I told the teacher and she did nothing except move the boy. The thing i was thinking is y does that boy think groping and playing with willies is tickling. Does someone do it to him? :shock:
