how can they ban smoking in open spaces i mean they would have to make it illegal surely to be able to do that as havent we got our own minds and free will when walking this earth as long as its not breaking the law. The government are hypocrites i think, they reap all that tax on something thats proven bad for health but then start banning it everywhere i think they need to make up there minds. On 28 pounds in money of rolling tabacco the government makes 160 pound tax we worked this out after coming back from spain lol i dont think they will ever make it illegal bad for our health or not as it makes them to much money

Ban in restaurants

No smoking and smoking in pubs but this can only workkkkkk if there are two or more rooms.

Ban in shopping centres (dangerous to small children)

No ban in the open air. I find other things a lot offensive than people smoking, like people wearing low hip trousers/jeans who just shouldnt.

Doesn't bother me people smoking in pubs, don't frequent them all that often anyway and I found that when we were in a non smoking Wetherspoons a few weeks ago the atmosphere was spoilt a bit by my mates constantly having to go outside for a fag, we'd just be in the middle of a conversation then have to start all over again when they got back in, so no, i don't think it should be banned in pubs.

Don't like it when I'm eating though, so maybe resteraunts ?

I dont think smoking in pubs should be banned, as they'd be a massive line outside with all the smokers having a fag!

I think it should be banned where food is sold and any other place where non smoking people are.

it might be in another room but once you open that door then the smoke will get out anyway, if you really want to keep your kids away from it you should smoke outside.
