What do you all think about Banning smoking in all pubs ?


As a smoker Im not fussed believe it or not ill just stand outside ! However I think that a total ban in all outside places is a bit strong !

I dont smoke myself but i dont have a problem with others who smoke as long as its not right in my face. I think it should be stopped in food outlets but pubs i think they maybe should be allowed - what does others think?

I agree in food outlets becuase I dont like it when Im eating and people are smoking .. in pubs why not have a no smoking area and a smoking area to give people the option where they stand !

i think you shouldnt be allowed to smoke where people eat, i think thats down to common courtesy, pubs, well i dont think it would work, unless you had two seperate rooms which not all pubs have because no air con can deal with all that smoke, ive worked in a pub with air con and it still stunk, still got dead smoky, even with the doors open in the summer it still lingers in the air.
outside, theres enough air for people to still smoke freely in my opinion. :grin:
