Never had an affair, never wanted to and would never cheat on my fella.

Like most people have said, why be with someone if you want to be with someone else?

A married man at work has been going out with a divorced woman at work and its mad. They pretend that they arent but its obvious that they are together. Its none of my business whatsovever but he even has the cheek to stand their wearinbg his wedding ring. Hes been with her for years apparently and as far as Im aware his wife doesnt know. I feel so sorry for his wife as everyone at work knows whats happening, but like you say you dont know what happens behind closed doors, or maybe she knows and doesnt want him to leave her? either way i think its a cheek to wear his ring

A friend of mine at work is cheating on her boyfriend who works with us, she's confided in me and although i don't agree with what she is doing I don't feel it is my place to tell him what i know. I do feel sorry for him, because whilst he is out with his family/friends shes off seeing this other bloke, snogging him, doing all sorts, yet her boyfriend has no idea. She acts so normal infront of him.

It will blow up in her face and i know she will want me to help pick up the pieces.

4 years + you didn't know! I would be more upset she hadn't told me!!
I'd like to think I would never hurt my partner, + my kids especially, but sometimes do get bored + wonder what a mild flirtation would be like - still a girl can dream!

I would tell him, when i found out that my bloke was having an affair and then i found out that people knew and didnt tell me that was just as hurtful, i felt like an idiot and was so ashamed!

but at the same time, its not anyones business to tell the "victim"

noone knows what happens behind closed doors, and butting in on peoples personal business, while you may think youre doing the right thing, might just backfire on you!

yeah i agree whith that statement Lors, i think its wrong of my friend to cheat but i would never ever tell her boyfriend as i know i would get caught up in it all and it should be her who should have the guts to tell him, i wouldn't want to do her 'dirty work'.

These things always have a habit of getting out at some point so he's bound to find out soon.

I've never been cheated on, but i have warned hubby that if he ever cheated on me, i would chop his nuts off and feed it to the dogs!!

so would any of you's not tell your friend if you knew her OH was seeing someone behind her back?
i would. regardless of what was going on behind closed doors, if i seen my mates fella with another woman, it would have to be in a compromising situation mind, then i would tell her.
