no I really wouldnt Nita.

Ive seen loads of situations with my friends when one of them tells another one something, to which they dont want to hear, and the friend telling the other friend has had their heads bitten off, which wasnt really nice for him as he was just saying what he knew. Sometimes people just dont want to hear it, especially from a friend ect .......

I would Nita even if it ended the friendship! If they spoke to me like a piece of dirt i would understand that they were hurting.

I would not be able to keep it from them, i would have a guilty conscience and if the shoe was on the other foot i would want ANYONE to tell me!

I can see what you mean Adele as you have been cheated on, so you know how it feels. The 'messenger' always gets shot, I have been there in the past and have fallen out with a friend over it and from what i've learnt it's best just not to get involved.

I told my friend that her bloke was having an affair before i ever got cheated on so i didnt know how it felt, i tried to imagine how i would feel if no one told me.

The friendship ended and yes she shot the messenger big time but i have no regrets and years later she thanked me for telling her!

for me id think "who the hell do you think you are, telling me" also, id be angry for them knowing before me, and that I know that if my fella ever did (though i know he wont) then he would tell me, and if someone butted in telling me what should be none of their business, then thats ruined the whole thing.

I think it would be your partner and other woman who had initially ruined the whole thing as they couldnt express self control and perhaps should adopt some morals and a conscience.

Why would you not want to know that your soulmate was cheating on you and that your relationship was a sham?

i meant ruined the whole thing as in trying to sort things out afterwards, never knowing if he would have come forwards or not and told me about it.

I think if its nothing to do with you then basically you should keep your nose out of other peoples business.

But doesnt a friend have your best interests at heart?

Lets face it, whatever your friend did or didnt do they cant win! Poor sods!

I wouldnt ring the police over it that is a tad dramatic!
