I have received an email back, explaining that are sending a letter which I will be name in as the person who has complained, they are warning them about the abuse. She has asked me to let her know if I receive any reprocussions from her writing. She has also reported them to the benefit fraud department. She is sending us an incident diary which I am to write down day, time and brief description of anything that happens.

So they should receive their letters wither tomorrow or Saturday, so now I just have to sit back and see what happens. I am a bit nervous about it really.

that's a bit out of order naming you innit ? i wouldn't like that either, i suppose the neighboors would have maybe guessed that it was you anyway but even so, giving your name i think is a bit naughty :sad:

i didnt think that they should name the person that makes the complaint!! surely it can be all done anonymously? fingers crossed that they take notice of it all though. any trouble and you just shut the door and call the police

Hopefully theyll pull their horns in or maybe theyll write to the council complaining about u for daring to say hello to her hubby :lol: silly woman she is. Apparently wihtou naming me, they could not write about the language and absue only that they are all living there and claiming benefits.

Nothing has happened so far and the postman has been, my incident diary did not come so I can only guess that the letter didn't either
