Mrs W came round today shouting the odds and threatening me, I emailed the housing association and told them, but she later approached my husband and I, and apologised, and said that she cannot speak for everyone else (meaning her mother) but she is sorry and will keep the noise and the language now.

I read the letter that the HA sent her and they are prepared to start eviction proceedings. I don't really want her evicted as she does have a little girl, but I warned her that I will be keeping a diary of everything from now on, but we accept her apology and will say no more about it as long as things stay peaceful. I haven't heard anything at all from her mother, so fingers crossed that is the end of it.

The 'No' foul language lasted about 4 hours that night and James overheard them again last night, so I am now keeping the diary, and have told the HA I will contact them if things continue or worsen. but nothing more personal,
