thanks for your nice word ladies, the police have done sweet FA and the housing association have sent them a letter asking them to come into the office on 22nd September. I can imagine the pack of lies that they will tell to defend themselves. Most of the time it is just conversations between themselves (very loud ones may I add) about us, everytime we are inthe garden there they are in the kitchen talking about usm trying to intimidate us. I have had enough I really have my next step is the Dr's.

Oh Lucy
it's awful - you should be able to feel secure in your own home - I would keep on at them to either move you or them! you come on here and let off steam - don't let them intimidate you |

oh lucy im so sorry  as joanne said the one place you ahould feel comfortable is in your own home, maybe if you have a letter from your GP telling the housing about the stress you are under it may make a difference.. other than that threaten to sue them for stress caused by their ignorance of the matter

sorry to hear that lucy, its annoying that they can talk like that about people, hate people like that especially if u have not done anything to them. Dont let them get the better of you and your family. Hopefully something will be done soon!x

Yeah try a letter from your GP lucy like rae said, that works for people regarding housing sometimes.
I find the police are c r a p actually, annoys me it does when they say we cant do anything, well what are they there for  Just keep on writing and writing to the housing association they will have to take you seriously. Make sure you keep writing everything down too. Best of luck i dont see why you should be forced out of your home because of them. The thing that annoys me the most you will find is although they will probably be peeing off the other neighbours in the street they will be quite happy to sit back while you do all the work, but then you want to mention to them that if you DO actually move then they will then have to deal with it themselves or worst still get another family like that moving into your old house!! |

Well, can you beleive it... I had the police round last night about a crying baby that had been left alone..... I went berserk I nearly hammered their door off the hinges. Annabelle has grown a pair of horns recently and is going through her terible 2's at the age of 3. And the tantrums have been major. I have felt the best way to deal with them is to ignore her, but being the stibbon little poppit that she is, it can still take over an hour for her to become calm and rational.
At about 9 last night (after James and I had, had a row. So not the best time) there was a knock on the door. Annabelle had given in and finally gone to sleep on the bedroom floor by this time (but she had created havock in the process) and the old bill were stood there with a report from 'neighbours' about a neglected child. We explained what had happened and they left, without as so much asking to see the children. But I just couldn't help it, I tend not to lose my temper very much but I was livid and appaled that they could do this to me. I have been on to housing this morining, and she has advised that I go to the doctor and ask them to support my transfer applicaton, because theycan't just move me because we don't get on.... So I'll be making an appointment in the morning. |

oh lucy, what a lousy lousy trick to pull. that's disgusting.
i really really hope that you get sorted soon and if you are going ahead with the move, i'd tell the doctor everything to get the process hurried up a bit, it's just not fair at all, especially now it's come to involving your children. some people are just horrendous. |
