Default Delaying Motherhood

anyone see panarama the other night about the decrease in fertilty in women over thirty.

it was basically saying that more women nowadays were delaying motherhood for their careers without knowing of the significant decline in fertility after thirty something.

it scared me and i wish maybe i'd have had anna a few years before i did

still i'm lucky to have her, but worry now that that's it, no more, when that's not what i want :???:

I didnt see it.
I think ,well i know obviously it declines the older you get ,but i think it depends on the woman as well i mean look at these women that have them in their 40's and 50's and some even older than that.
Id still like to have another and im 36 this year, better get moving hey

a decrease in fertility isnt anything new its just that more and more women are having babies older but the fact that so many mums are over 40 must mean its not an impossibility, just be prepared to wait a little longer??

I think its makes sense to wait till at least mid twenty's. Theres so much for girls to do before they give their lives up to become mothers, I don't regret waiting till 28, although at 32 I know times not on my side if I want another (which i do!!)
wouldn't worry just yet Paul
