Help needed please.

My hubby has got inflamation of his gum. His dentist has given him METRONIDAZOLE yesterday morning.

He is still in absolute agony, so bad hes taken to bed (hes not a mardy man usually). hes taken Asprin, paracetamol, ibrufen - not all at the same time. Nothing is touching it.

dont know if to put something hot or cold on his face.

Any advice appreciated
