ive been trying to get a pic under my name but it wont let me put one on, wondering if someone could help me please?

Im not 100% sure as I dont have a pic under my name, only tickers, but its got something to do with "profile" which is at the top of the page, nexts to PM's

went in that and tried to add a pic but it was too big i think but all the pics are over 120. not sure how to make them smaller as im not too good with computers

If you e-mail the pic to Father Goose, he should be able to re-size it for you, nice man that he is !
