yes it is ! shows that other people have strange tastes like I do

not sure what to have for my tea tonight yet - will have to have something as I go swimming on Monday's with my friend

Oh Joanne i always said i wanted to go back to aqua classes but i never did, i might go to ladies only swimming lessons through the week, but thats just talk for now :lol:

I loved swimming when i was a child, i got lifesavers award :smile:

I'm glad I made the effort - we're up to 28 lengths this week - its our 3rd time - I told Alastair we'd done 24 last week and he just laughed and said that they do 16 length warm up and 8 length wrm down every Tues & Weds and we could only manage 24 all night!

anyway - back to the correct thread

I don't like Muller or Shape usually as they're too sweet - my favourite yoghurt is Weightwatchers lemon & lime
