Default Saturday - Xmas Eve eve!

that's what my son greeted me with this morning!

the surveyor has been to look at my leaking roof - the problem is pointing on the chimney & gable end - which is fairly good as it won't cost me too much but they should contribute a little towards my new bathroom - but that was planned for the early months of the new year anyways! if my mortgage and divorce ever come throught that is!

Laura is playing with her Polly Pockets & Alastair watching a DVD - we've just broken the rabbit's water bottle so I've to venture out to the shops later - that's the last thing I wanted today!!! Alastair chucked it to me and I missed it! oops

off to see my Dad later - anything else I need and not got it's tough!

hope you're all enjoying the Christmas preparations - not looking forward to it myself but I'll be fine

speak to you later - final of Strictly Come Dancing tonight!

evening all,

joanne, keep your chin up.
karen, hope your mum is bearing up ok.
wendy, bet you can't wait to see their faces.

just been to joanneA's for a pre-xmas kids party, we do it every year and we all swap presents, it's lovely as you get to see the kids stuff properly and everyone is quite chilled. had a nice night.

anna is completley full of spots now, i think they're starting to get scratchy now, bless her. she has kept her chin up though and doesn't seem to be ill with them thankfully.

went out last night to the place where we're holding our wedding reception, had a really good night. it was a mum's n tots, minus tots, night out. meal, cabaret etc...enjoyed it. felt a tad rough this morning though but not too bad now, just enjoying a nice cuppa tea and a few biscuits. ooooh, i love it at christmas when you get the nice chocolate biscuit tins.

anyway, nothing much more happening here....

chat soon...
